Phone Manager (Web and Desktop)
Our Phone Manager is undergoing a significant update, set to be automatically deployed over the next few days. You will notice this update as an available upgrade within the app. It is crucial to accept this upgrade, as it addresses essential back-end changes and bug fixes. While there won’t be any new visual changes immediately apparent, this update lays the groundwork for future enhancements.
Mobile Apps
Both our IOS and Android mobile apps are receiving updates to address back-end changes and bug fixes. These updates will be automatically deployed within the coming days.
Platform Maintenance
On the evening of April 19th, 2024, between 22:00 and 02:00, the platform that powers Fusion Nexus (Apalo) will undergo maintenance upgrades. During this period, there may be short outages of services, each lasting several minutes as new code is applied. We anticipate an overall downtime of approximately 15-20 minutes. Should you experience any issues following this, please reach out to our support team.
